  Extremely disappointed! I remember going the the Crumpet Tea Room as a little girl and being waited on and having the time of my life. However, on my recent visit I had to get all of my own silverware, condiments, and drinks. I basically had to serve myself. The staff knew it was our first time in along time and didnt even bother to let us know that we had to serve ourselves until after we sat ourselves and waited for 10 min for our drinks. I asked for an extra plate and when it didn't arrive 5 min later I went inside and all the staff was standing around talking and had forgotten about us. I will never go here again.
