  As a rule I don't leave bad reviews because hey, everyone has "off" days and that's okay. But after this morning I really can't recommend this place to anyone, at least not the drive thru. After a 20-minute wait, I place my order (a sandwich and a latte). After 10 more minutes I get to the window and the guy doesn't have my sandwich, just my latte, and when I ask about it he says "oh, I didn't catch that". He disappears for a bit and later offers to make it then, but I don't have time for that. So I spent ~30 minutes in line and I drove off still hungry. In conclusion: don't waste your precious time in the morning with this drive thru, there's no guarantee you'll get what you ordered. There was another time when I ordered a cappuccino and got only a cup of foamy milk, so there's a bit of a pattern there. Maybe if you go inside and order things will come out right, but I know I won't be taking any chances with this place anymore.
