  Its really hard to mess up a meal as bad as this restaurant did. We order edtake out from them.
  - Didnt clean the grill before putting my fillet on it, covered in charred residue from the previous food cooked.
  - No flavor, nada, zip, I have never had such a flavorless piece of meat. (other than the awful burned food flavor)
  - Sour dough bread tasted like chemicals with a sour after taste. It wasnt just a hint, it tasted like some form of cleaning supply or industrial solvent.
  - Mashed potatoes were more than inedible, from the pieces of uncooked green onions to the grainy texture from all the uncooked garlic and peppercorns. Easily the worst mashed potatoes i have ever had, and I include eating instant potatoes from the box on a dare.
  - Wifes chicken fried chicken was so dry it required a steak knife and a lot of work to wrestle pieces of "food" from it.
  
  - Service was possible worse than the food. First time i called after trying to eat through this abysmal meal, i was hung up on after asking for the manager.
  - Finally got a manager and he told me a refund would be waiting for me the next day, got there, nobody knew anything about it.
  - Not a single member of management cared our meal was bad.
  - The grand finale was that when we were leaving, a server lit up his cigarette in the entryway before opening the outside doors, so my wife, son and I got to enjoy Marlboro Country before leaving TL&C.
  
  If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and go to Longhorn. i have had several steaks from them, and cant complain about them.

  Ordered the smoked sirloin was the worst ever, bread they brought to our table had black stuff on part of the bottom and was so hard we couldn't cut it with a steak knife.. Only thing we ordered which tasted half way decent was our salad, we will defiantly won't be back.. long horn steak house totally has them beat on taste and price. Lessen learned trying out a new place
